Sefer Torah Writing

This past Thursday, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Younes hosted a Se’udah in celebration of the commencement of the writing of a Sefer Torah. We are familiar with honoring people to write letters upon the completion of a Sefer Torah. This time though it was done upon the commencement of the Sefer Torah. The timing was precise because the Sefer Torah was started during the week of Parashat Bereshit, the beginning of the Torah. The Kehillah congratulates the Younes family upon this beautiful Mitzvah milestone and wishes them much Hatzlacha to finish the Mitzvah as well!
